MTIQ ("we," "us," "our") operates MortgageTalentIQ.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you join our waitlist or otherwise interact with this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you join the MTIQ founding member waitlist, we collect:

Name — so we can personalize communication with you.
Email address — to send waitlist confirmations, launch updates, and founder insights.
Company (optional) — if you choose to provide it, to help us understand our early audience.
Role — whether you're a mortgage professional, employer, recruiter, trainer, or student, so we can tailor updates relevant to you.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

Confirm your spot on the founding member waitlist
Send you updates about MTIQ's launch and product development
Understand the makeup of our early audience, in aggregate, to shape the product

We do not use your information for any purpose beyond these, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Processing

Waitlist submissions on this site are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree receives the information you submit in order to deliver it to us. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy, available at formspree.io.

Data Retention

We retain your waitlist information until MTIQ launches and you either become an active platform user (at which point our full platform privacy terms will apply) or you request deletion, whichever comes first.

Your Rights

You can request at any time to:

See what information we have on file for you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your information and be removed from the waitlist

Cookies & Analytics

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes ahead of launch, this policy will be updated accordingly, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect that change.

As MTIQ moves from waitlist to launched platform, this policy will be updated to reflect our full data practices. We'll note material changes here and update the date at the top of this page.
